Virginia Drops Obscenity Charges Against Abercrombie & Fitch
Do you find these ads a little too racy? Virginia Beach, VA did and brought obscenity charges against the manager of an Abercrombie & Fitch store after a few customer complained about the photos on display. The prosecutors were not able to make a case, and the lawsuit was eventually dropped just after a few days.
