   I just wanted to say thanks for this list.
   I was a little worried about a pair of jeans I won on Ebay..Seemed too good to be true.
   The seller is on this list, and according to the authentic Evisu guide, they are 100% authentic.

   AHH! I think I just got a pair of fake jeans on ebay and I’m kicking myself in the behind. Is there a guide for Taverniti jeans? I read on a site that the tag will say made in Mexico. Is this true? I have two pair that say Made in Mexico and they are fantastic. This one I just got on eBay says made in Hong Kong.

   Are these real Antiks?

   Well… I know for sure that my Taverniti jeans are FAKE! I sent them back though, they said they will refund me so hopefully they stick to their word. As for the Antiks, I’ve got four opinions so far, 3 say fake, 1 says real. I’m not going to bid on them if they are fake, that’d be silly. Although I really would like to have them in the AUTHENTIC version!!! This is what one lady said to me about the Antiks:

   “I’m going to give you a tentative fake on these. This IS a real style; it’s called Mexican Flowers in Fawcett cut. However, it’s also quite rare and quite old; I myself have not seen this style for about two years in stores.

   The things that make me leery of this pair are:

   1. Compared to the photos I have of the real deal, the colours of the flowers are off , and to a greater extent than camera flash could explain away. The real ones do not have that variegated band of colour on the underside of the flower bud (the part that comes down in the point of the thick blue stitch outline of the signature Antik design).

   2. Embroidery does not match up; it’s in the wrong place on the waistband on the pair you found when compared to my stock photos.

   3. Pocket lining; the red and blue is for mens and those are clearly not mens.

   4. The hang tags; those are new hang tags that came out about a year or so ago; that pair would not have those.

   Again this is just my opinion on these; they are a very rare style and I haven’t got the best pictures to go on unfortunately because they are so rare and old.”

   I’m looking at some TR’s on http://www.bluefly.com; They don’t have flaps on the back pockets and have a leather tag on the back. Is this normal? I have a pair of TR’s and have never seen them with a leather tag with the Buddha.

    Lakeside, sbkicks.com appears to sell fake everything. BAPE hoodies cannot be sold for $80. BAPE doesn’t wholesale to anyone. And the evisu jeans are obviously fake.

    I am review your list and i am very please that some of the stores that i do buy my designer jeans from are on the list. I was wondering if metal tag jeans sell authentic denims, I have a good feeling about them but does not hurt to ask.

    Man, I went on this list and I spotted a pair of fakes that are being sold by one of your sellers ont he fake list. You guy should go in audit this list regularly to make sure they not slipping none in on you!!!

    timeofmy_life-sells “designer” maternity jeans on ebay-are NOT authentic!! Just read some of their negative feedback! They sell maternity jeans from some brands that DO NOT even make maternity! Obviously they are fake! Please check your references for these sellers because they are not authentic.

    hey i was considering purchasing some evisu jeans from dr jays online store. while it is a reputable store with actual locations around new york city, some of the prices seem too low to be real.

    I am ordering jeans from xsclothing.com seems to good to be true but look real? Don’t know if they just took pictures of real ones and are selling fake? Please help there isn’t even a store within a hundred miles of me that sells T.R. I am definitely no expert! Please help!!

    Hi,

    I bought two jeans from ebay:

    1. item #140322293421 from ebayer derbygirls*
    Bobby size 31, runs true to size
    The jeans look authentic, they have microstitching and the buddha on the inside looks good as well as the pockets, however it has only 2 tags (the one with the horseshoe is missing)
    RN# 112790
    CUT TRM581
    ST 04800
    PO 50698
    CA 30427 (this nr. is written only on the “cheap” tag not the one with the microstitching)

    2. Bobby size 32 from a different seller they are more like a size 30 and they are even shorter than the normal ones
    These are the ones with the whiskey creek stitching on the right pocket on the back
    They also have microstitching and look very authentic (buddha, buttons, pockets etc)
    These however have 3 tags:
    tag1: microstitching on the back with RN#112790 and Cut#30427
    tag2: horseshoe with microstitching as well and 025-088868 on the back
    tag3:
    ST#04800RTE
    CUT#TRM1234
    PO#54102
    CA#30427
