REAL
Notice a slight dip of the letter “J” in the word JEANS and
the silver Micro stitching with tiny letters “TRBJ” at the bottom.
FAKE
No Micro stitching. The horseshoe is misshaped,
but some counterfeiters have already picked up on the “J”.
Front Pocket Lining
REAL
A clear and detailed bright red Buddha on
the outside of the pocket lining.
FAKE
A smudged Buddha, faded color.
The Coin Pocket
REAL
A very distinct curve in the coin pocket.
FAKE
No curve.
The Back Pockets
REAL
An uneven curve on the back pocket flap.
Very even horseshoes that do not touch the seam.
FAKE
Almost no curve or wrong curve on the flap.
Horseshoes touch the seam.
The Inseam
REAL
Quality over lock stitching on the inseam.
FAKE
Very poor quality stitching.

Yup, I just purchased some Rock and Republic jeans from xscollection, they didn’t even try to make them look real, a blinfd person could tell they were fake. I had to pay $11.00 to send them back, and they kept 15% of my money, some kinda fee…I will never buy clothes online again.

Hello, I have noticed you are educted on true religion authentication. I have just bought a pair or true religion billy super t from a powerseller who illustrates them to be 100% authentic, however i have noticed there is no silver stitchin on the first tag. He has told me TR have stopped puttin this security stichin on some newer models. Can you confirm whether these jeans can still be authentic without the silver stichin everything else looks fine on the jeans.

BUYER BEWARE - this company sells fake clothing!!!
The company refused to refund my money since I would not send back their crap to sell to some other sucker. I spend almost $400 on two pairs of knockoff True Religion jeans and one pair of FAKE Victoria Beckham for R&R (white with black crowns).
These were VERY convincing copies, but I know they are fakes because of the following (I compared them to the real ones):
True Religion
- very cheaply made (button fell off when I took them out of the package)
- messy stitching
- wrong size logo patch
- offcolor logo patch
Rock & Republic
- silver logo patch on back of jeans
- huge difference in sizing
- silver tags inside jeans
- messy stitching

I’ve always bought tr jeans. But today I went into a little boutique and for some reason when I came home with a pair I just have a hunch that there fake. I read everything and I compared my others with this one. The only thing that bothers me is that the tag doesn’t have 3 tags. It only has one. Now the price tag does say 2004, so I really don’t know if that makes a difference. Please help!!!

Eddiescloset.com are actually authentic TR jeans. They are irregular but real. I actually was a driver picking up the jeans from the Vernon Budda factory. We also got a lot of prototype/sample jeans that never reached the shelves.

If you can’t tell yourself if your jeans are fake then why do you care? If it is obvious they are fake then I would totally understand, but if you have to go through all this trouble to find out if they are fake because you can’t tell yourself, they really why do you care?
